Therefore i am putting forward top 3 workout program’s which are in demand and have almost become fashion statement.

My Top 3 Favorite Workout Regimen:

1. Zumba: It is a mixture of dance and aerobics. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba,salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dancing. It also includes squats and lunges. So if you are a dance lover, Zumba is the best workout for you as it is full body Cardio workout…with party music.

Pilates: It is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

3. Yoga: Yes i know you have heard about Yoga is very good…but find it boring…believe me i too find it damn boring…but its one of the most effective way to get lean body. It not only keeps your body in shape but works in maintaining mental peace.
