I am not a Shilpa Shetty fan but i must give kudos to the new mom for losing the baby flab in the right way.
I love the way she looks these days, in-spite of being in the crazy rat race to be slim like most of Hollywood ladies..she lost her weight with patience…and with right guidance.
She had gained oodles of weight during her pregnancy (about 20 kilos and on her day of delivery was 80 kilos) and after giving birth to her son Viaan on 21st may 2012..she nurtured him for 4.5 months and focussed on doing the right thing for her health and her baby.
She recently loss 14 kilos and works out for an hour with her fitness trainer Vinod Channa. She is definitely a role model for any women who needs to lose pregnancy weight.
Her motto to lose weight was to eat a well balanced diet…breastfeeding and exercise…
Surprisingly her role model was Mandira Bedi who lost 22 kilos after giving birth to her baby in 9 months in 2011…
Wow!! Kudos to both of them
